Local businessman, philanthropist and chairman of KLCBT, Pastor TJ Maré and his group of 911 bikers riding against farm murders, have since last week been visiting communities in the Free State and delivering memorandums to local police stations.

Maré and his team take time out from their busy schedules to ensure the tragedy of farmer killings are highlighted and the public is made aware of this evil as much as possible.

These men on their iron horses and their ladies have been driving hundreds of kilometres to visit police stations and have already done the same trip through Mpumalanga recently. They have spoken to farming communities and true to the well-known Free State hospitality and friendliness have been awaited and escorted by locals in the towns they visited.

We can only thank them for getting involved and making a difference. We wish them a safe journey back to the Lowveld and NewsHorn will report back on the successes of the trip in due course.
