Bikers Unite for Rural Safety

As part of a national awareness campaign, over 5000 bikers took part in rides all over the country to highlight rural safety.

This weekend bikers unite for rural safety had a meet and greet in Nelspruit at the Crossings Spar where each biker  was welcomed with a free cup of coffee.

From there they made their way to White River where a church ceremony from a Bomb Shelter was held by Pastor Shaun Bushney and his Wife Amanda Bushney.

At noon everyone gathered to together on their motor bikes and rode down to the Police station where a memorandum was handed over to the officer in charge on how the biking community could make a positive difference to the safety of the rural areas.
