AgriTalk is aimed at the agricultural sector of Nkomazi, the food basket (fruit basket?), not only of Mpumalanga province, but far and beyond. The aim of this section of Mpumalanga NewsHorn is to educate and inform our readers, from the University of Pretoria’s Departments of Environment and Conservation to consumers and farmers in Mozambique.

AgriTalk will highlight the specific services in our region, keep the farming community abreast of the latest agricultural trends and products and also showcase our people. The farmers, the producers, manufacturers and suppliers will be brought together under the now much-loved and well-known banner of the NewsHorn.

This special monthly section will address the specific needs pertaining to the entire industry and hopefully, with the input of experts in the various fields, lead to a bountiful harvest for all. It is hoped that this part of our publication will provide insight and bring the various sectors in the agricultural arena together – the farmer and the service provider. The first edition of AgriTalk, which will be published on 30 April, will focus on seasonal fruit such as bananas, guavas, naartjies, pawpaws and grapefruit.

For our advertisers AgriTalk will provide a wonderful opportunity to showcase their various products and find new markets. For our readers, it will provide an interesting and educational insight into our region with its abundance of food products and varied agricultural activities.

With AgriTalk grow your business, grow your harvest.
