ANC presidential contender Nkosazana Dlamini- Zuma (NDZ) will be in Mpumalanga over the weekend as will Cyril Ramaphosa.
Whilst Dlamini-Zuma will adress a rally in KwaMhlanga stadium tomorrow, the SACP is hosting Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa at the Mbombela stadium in Nelspruit. This just once again proves that Mpumalanga and its premier David Mabuza will be the king maker during the upcoming elections.
Analysts say the fact that Mabuza may be offered the deputy-president’s job could be the deal breaker with Ramaphosa already announcing his wingmen and women without mentioning Mabiza for any top job.
Dlamini-Zuma will do canvassing from door to door and also pay a visit to local chiefs and addressing widows alongside league president Bathabile Dlamini as we speak on Friday. ANC deputy secretary general Jesse Duarte will accompany NDZ.
